How safe Helium balloons are for your party ?

The most concerning issue for a party organizer is to conduct a “Safe Party”.  Unfortunately all parties doesn’t end as happy as it starts. Most importantly when you have kids as the subject of your party. Kinds are hyper-active. They can’t stay cool at a party. Balloons are the major attraction for the kinds especially floating balloons like helium balloons. So when you plan a party for your kid you can’t keep balloons away. Helium balloons are not harm as you think. Helium itself won’t make much harm.

Then why people fear helium balloons in party ?

Two things, First, They are highly concern about their kid’s safety and then lack of real facts. Accidents can happen at any moment. But that doesn’t mean helium balloons are dangerous. Even if a helium balloon blast, There won’t be a high quantity of helium which can make you breathless.

As a party organizer, we are using helium balloons for many parties. We haven’t face any issue caused by helium balloons. On the other hand, floating balloons are safer since they float in the air. They won’t blast in the kid’s hand. We always recommend floating balloons, since they save a lot of floor space.

The problem is that breathing only helium means that you’re not getting oxygen. Now, an interesting thing is that your body can’t tell whether it’s getting enough oxygen or not. You feel like you’re suffocating if there’s too much carbon dioxide in your lungs. Now, normally, too little oxygen and too much carbon dioxide happen together, but if you’re breathing helium you can still exhale carbon dioxide without getting enough oxygen. Long story short, you don’t really feel like you’re suffocating right up until you pass out. Inhaling one lungful of helium probably won’t hurt you, but if you keep doing it, you could very well pass out.

You can get the passport renewed within 5 working days. Yeah Indian Passport renewal in United Arab Emirates become hassle free

Indian-Passport-renewMany Indian expatriates in the U.A.E whose passports were issued by a different Indian passport authority in the UAE or outside have a reason to cheer. They had to wait for 40 working days to renew their passports and it was even applicable to Abu Dhabi residents whose passports were issued from Dubai and vice versa. Now the Indian diplomatic missions in the UAE have managed to reduce the time taken for renewal of such passports to just five working days, a top Indian diplomat told  in an interview.

“We started renewing all passports within five working days [if applicants fulfil all legal requirements] from the beginning of this month,” T.P. Seetharam, the Indian Ambassador to the UAE, said. He said this is applicable to passports issued by all other Indian passport authorities in India and abroad, including the Indian Consulate in Dubai.

Many Indian residents were delighted to hear this news. Haneefa Sulaiman, 47, who runs a travel agency in the capital, said he waited more than 40 days in June 2015 to renew his passport issued from Dubai. “I was raising this issue with the embassy always. I did not understand why it took 40 [working days] for the embassy to verify the data stored at its consulate in Dubai or to get necessary approvals from there, given the technological advancements of our time,” he said.

When is Holi 2016 ?

When is Holi 2016 ?

The date of Holi is different every year in India! In most of India, Holi is celebrated at the end of winter, on the day after the full moon in March each year. On the eve of Holi, large bonfires are lit to mark occasion and to burn evil spirits. This is known as Holika Dahan.

In 2016, Holi is on March 24, with Holika Dahan on March 23

Holi is a religious festival celebrated by Hindus all over the world. Holi is considered as second biggest festival on Hindu calendar after Diwali. Holi is also known as festival of Colors.

Places related to life of Lord Krishna are known as Braj regions. Holi rituals in Braj regions – Mathura, Vrindavan, Gowardhan, Gokul, Nandagaon and Barsana – are the most famous one. The LathmarHoli – the traditional Holi festivity in Barsana is world famous.

Story behind holi festive

In the Braj region of India, where the Hindu deity Krishna grew up, the festival is celebrated for 16 days (until Rangpanchmi) in commemoration of the divine love of Radha for Krishna. The festivities officially usher in spring, with Holi celebrated as a festival of love. There is a symbolic myth behind commemorating Krishna as well. As a baby, Krishna developed his characteristic dark blue skin colour because the she-demon Putana poisoned him with her breast milk. In his youth, Krishna despaired whether the fair-skinned Radha and other girls would like him because of his skin colour. His mother, tired of the desperation, asks him to approach Radha and colour her face in any colour he wanted. This he does, and Radha and Krishna became a couple. Ever since, the playful colouring of Radha’s face has been commemorated as Holi.

Timing of Holika Dahan

According to Hindu scriptures, the lighting and worship of the bonfires must be performed at a specific period (muhurta) after sunset on Purnima Tithi (the full moon lunar day), otherwise it will bring great misfortune. Choosing the right muhurta for the Holika Dahan ritual is particularly important, more so than for any other Hindu festival ritual. Ideally, Holika Dahan should be carried out during the auspicious occasion of Pradosh Kaal, when day and night meet (which starts from the time of sunset). However, it mustn’t be done until Bhadra Tithi is over. In 2016, the muhurta for Holika Dahan in India has been calculated by most astrologers to be from sunset until around 9 p.m. (depending on location).

Marriage planner asks,To tie a knot , means to get married ?

As a part of Professional Marriage Service ,today we would like to take our readers to the various marriage customs around the world. As a marriage planner, marriage organizer and Party Management team. We had some research on the religious and regional traditions . Its really wide, we cant cover the entire detail on a single post. As an event and party management team, we had to arrange various traditional and regional outlooks for some of our customers.

“Tying the knot” !! Religious and Regional marriage customs

The origin of “tying the knot” is either from the Roman times when the bride’s girdle was tied in knots on the wedding day and the groom had to untie the knots prior to consummating the marriage.

The expression “to tie the knot” means “to get married“.   There are several places where tied knots have been connected to marriage and love. Not only in Indian Marriage.During Roman times, brides wore a belt or girdle at their wedding tied in a Hercules Knot. Only the groom was allowed to untie it (the unloosening was supposed to be a further symbol of childbearing).  The knot was supposed to represent the binding character of the marriage oath.

Scotland, England and Denmark , there are a lot more area where “Knot” is considered as a symbol of love.Ribbons with true-love knots were also given out as bridal favors at weddings. In Great Britain, they put these ribbons in their hats.  In France, they were worn around the arm.  At first the ribbons came in different colors, but eventually just white ones were used.

tie together the bride’s garment to the groom’s scarf
Marriage Customs

In India there are a lot variety of customs related to knot. In the northern part of India , they tie together the bride’s garment to the groom’s scarf. India having a very diverse nature. We have a lot variety of customs . Mangalya Sutra is another widely followed custom. A yellow string with locket will be tied to the bride’s neck by the groom. The bride thereafter take care of this as part of her life.

In the Philippines, they put a cord over the bride and groom’s shoulders to signify everlasting fidelity. In France, there’s a different shade of tying a rope.  They have the phrase “passer la corde au cou de quelqu’un” which means “to get married“.  But it has slightly darker undertones since it literally means, “to pass the rope around someone’s neck.”  I suppose there’s some humor in that phrase.

Plan to marry in U.A.E ?? You should know this

U.A.E is the second home land for many Indian expatriates. Its quiet comfortable and the harmony ,that make this land most preferable.Indian consulate is working hard to support its citizens. If you have plan to marry in U.A.E, You should know the below .

We wrote this for those parents who want to explore the Marriage act in U.A.E. As Indians,we should follow Indian Ministry rules. Recently there was an announcement that ,

The marriage plans of Indians in the UAE could run into trouble if they don’t get the green light from their parents. The Indian Consulate in Dubai has apparently begun insisting on consent letters from parents.

There are few couples already  pulled into trouble. We may be asked to present an  “affidavit of no-objection“.

You need no-objection from both parents (Father and Mother) need to give their consent for the marriage to go ahead. In-case if one of them got passed away. You need to get a death certificate.

Many of young couple may face a delay over the issue. As many of us are un-aware of these legalities.

The Indian embassy in Abu Dhabi said they follow a slightly different route. They usually send a letter to the couple’s parents, asking whether they had any objection, and did not require an affidavit of no-objection attached to the application for marriage.
